Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Delivery — on all orders of £399 or more
  • Standard Delivery — £49 — on orders under £399
  • Express Delivery — £99 — available at checkout for faster dispatch

Delivery Timeframes

All of our products are made to order, crafted specifically for you after your purchase is confirmed. Please allow the following estimated timeframes:

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 weeks from order confirmation (production + delivery)
  • Express Delivery: 2–4 weeks from order confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, along with tracking information where available.

Delivery Process

Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window. For larger items such as beds and mattresses, we offer a two-person delivery service to your room of choice.

Assembly

Bed frames are delivered flat-packed and require self-assembly. Assembly instructions are included with every order. If you require an assembly service, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will advise on availability and pricing.

Returns Policy

Made-to-Order Items

As our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and specifications carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please:

  1. Photograph the damage or defect clearly upon delivery
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dhffurnishing2@gmail.com
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or appropriate resolution as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
